I need to lose 5 pounds but I dont have time to do alot of exercise!
I would like to lose 10 but I think I will wait and just try 5 now!
But food Ideas anything will help!

Cut down on the fats and sweets... and sorry to tell you... but exercise is crucial to keeping it off.

your best choice would be to join weight watchers. I lost 22lbs and it stayed off. But if you don't fancy that then try writing a food diary. It's amazing how much less you eat just because you are writing it down. Be sure to drink at least 1.5 litres (that's around 3 pints) of water and eat at least 1lb of fruit and veg every day. That should deal with your 5lbs fairly easily.

you should repost this in the exercise section...not the hobby section.

I was browsing through the exercise section yesterday and saw a ton of post on the same subject.

So, my tips: repost and drink 8 glasses of water a day, you'll be amazed how easily the weight comes off.

cut out the sweets, fried foods, added oil and butter. eat more veggies, fruits, whole grains, etc. drink lots of water, exercise daily.

Stop eating bread, all bread, now. Ofcourse if you don't change your eating habits you'll just gain it back again. Or just be happy with who you are
