First of all just do one hour, and then times it by two to get 2 hours...
So 1hr is 60 mins. From now on instead of writing one hour, we can write 60 mins.
One minute is 60 seconds, so 60 minutes is 60 of those 60 seconds. (60*60 = 3600s = 60 mins)
Now we have 60 mins or one hour = 3600, two hours is just double this so 7200 seconds

There are 60 seconds in 1 minute, and 60 minutes in one hour, therefore:
60 x 60 = 3600 (the number of seconds in one hour)
2(3600) = 7200 (the number of seconds in two hours)
A formula could be:
x = y(3600)
where y = the number of hours, and x = the total number of seconds, so:
x = 2(3600)
x= 7200
