What do it mean when you have blood in your urine with out being injured first in your bladder?

My boyfriend has been peeing blood and he dont know why. He was not injuerd down there it has just been happening out of the blue.

Any time there is blood in the urine you should see your doctor.

Blood in the urine could mean bladder infection, bladder cancer, kidney stone, kidney cancer, urinary tract infection, etc.

It means infection. He has an infection and he needs to see a doctor.
