If you want to see extra terrestrial life, go look in a mirror. We are all extraterrestrial. And global warming is not going to take us out.

Global warming will not destory the whole human race. There is a possability it destroys part of the race, but not every lat one of us. Chances are, the epidemic (if GW really exists the way some people think it does), will pass before we find intelligent life out there.

Technically, we did find evidence of E.T., but if you mean developed life, or sentient beings, then the answer is a definite no.
Lawrence Krauss (world-class physicist), in "Beyond Star Trek," does an excellent job of pointing out the near impossible task of interstellar travel--this is a must-read for anyone curious about E.T. life. The task of providing fuel, for instance, is overwhelming. Even the task of getting a man to Mars in enough to make scientists skeptical that we will attain that goal in our lifetimes. We know that there is probably no life beyond the microscopic level in our solar system (outside of Earth, of course), so there really isn't a way to find them beyond.
By the way, at this point, I'd think nuclear winter is a more distinct possibility of us meeting our demise.

What makes you think Global Warming is NOT caused by Extra Terrestrial life? Would ANY creature want to meet or be discovered by humans? We eat animals, crush bugs and kill humans in wars. I think it's safe to say ET life forms are going "no thanks".
