On that specified date and time, we will be staffed to conduct the patient interview when the patient comes to the site. Please note, for your scheduling convenience, you may choose to bring the patient into the office prior to their originally scheduled visit to accommodate the study site telephone interview.

conduct, facilitate?

the paragraph is a bit confusing, but I dont know the context. Do they go to a site to then participate in a telepone interview for a study?

HAVE would fit there.

The whole thing is stilted English, rather pompous.

You could say- (I believe I have included every item of the original):
"There will be a staff meeting and interview here, with the patient, on that date and time. If it is better for you, the patient can come to the office sooner that the original plan, and we can do an interview by phone at the study site"

I would suggest "..their originally scheduled visit to complete the study site telephone.."

Fit or suit? to be copacetic with? To facilitate? Depending on what you mean exactly?

I would also change "originally scheduled" to initial visit, it flows better. "Originally scheduled" is a mouthful. It makes me want to go originalululy. Lol.... Maybe that's just me though?

facilitate (Also in that sentence, "study-site" should be hyphenated for clarity, as it is a compound adjective.)

If you are keeping the paragraph as is, you would best use "facilitate."
