My friend and i are going to lunch today, and we are not sure where to go. what do y'all think?

Neither is a great choice. But I have been more pleased with the number of meals I have had and the service staff at Friendly's.
I really do not like the menu choices at the 99!

LOL, You must be from the New England area. I moved to Florida from Massachusetts and there's no 99 and the closest Friendly's is like an hour south, or 2 hours east. I'd go to 99!! Enjoy it!

99 has better food.
Friendly's always makes me sick.
