If you are looking for a professional figure out what you need to talk about and find a professional that can help you specifically.
If you are looking for a someone like a good listener you probably wont find one.
I wouldn't trust to seriously talk with anyone on the Internet...........

well you can talk to your friends, if you don't have friends find some, or you can just start talking to people. If you want to talk to someone about something really important find someone u can trust!

Just in case you are,
get out of the house, get a job, go to school, go to church, volunteer for something, go to bars, join a softball or basketball league, join a bowling league, create a myspace page, visit internet forums where they discuss topics you're interested in, etc, etc, etc.
Oh, and be nice.

i suppose it depends on what you talking about if you need advice on here or in a chat room their blunt and yet know not who you are, a best friend is always good unless you need to talk about them than a counselor or a family memeber anyone on here you can talk to and i'm sure they'll help you!

well.
it is not a difficult to get some one to talk with.if you r a person with nice and soft nature no one like to ignore u.it is my personal experiance that since i dont interact with people and let them come in my life no one like to talk with me.today i am doing a job and talk with every person.who want to talk to me and want my sport.
u can also follow all the things i have tell u.and get alot of people to talk with
