I'm all for it, for the health aspects, the protection of the workers from pimps and to give the women the right to say "no, not him, he's grotesque".. What do you think?

I feel they should, and include drugs with it.
Don't get me wrong, I'm against both, but if they were legal, then they could be controlled, and taxed. Why should they get a free ride.
One string should be attached - If you become ill or incapacitated from use, then your government or health care provider should not be held responsible for your health or injury. If you cause injury to someone else the penalty should be incarceration similar to some other countries. Bad Bad jail time. Let them rot there. If they cause a death then they should be executed also.
I know it sounds wrong, but if they must have their sex or substance then let them pay for all of it.
It should be mandated to include our legal stuff today. ie: Alcohol and Tobacco!

What is so much more healthier about a brothel and it is my understanding that if a woman was presented to a man, she had to take him or soon be out of a job, the owner would soon receive a bad reputation of not being very welcoming to all.
