So long as the shorts/hot pants/mini skirt is paired with leggings, it's very much in style right now, and should keep you at least a little warm. Without the leggings, though it might not be so cute or comfortable.

Mini skirts, if paired with tights are fashionable in the winter.Hot Pants, and shorts are not.
The proper length for a mini skirt in winter is like 3-4 inches above the knee or longer.

If I lived in a mild climate and had the legs to show of I would consider it. All being a decent length of course...I will not wear articles of clothing that will fully expose my cheeks and whatever else.
And going to a club, unless I was with a guy going in, no way in hell would I be wearing a skirt.

I might wear a miniskirt of reasonable length with black opaque tights and boots during the winter.

Dont wear a miniskirt in the winter cos you will get chapped lips

since it get colds here in the winter id say Yes but only if i can wear leggings or tights underneath... oh and i love the whole knee high boot thing with short skirts n dresses..... and if you wear opaque tights or leggings you dont look like a street walker.....

If I were 20 years old, lived in Miami, andwore a size 6 or smaller: Maybe.....
But since I am none of those things: Most certainly not!!!! and you all will thank me for that.

I wouldn't even wear them in the summer!! Well shorts maybe, but not really short shorts. Shorts that cover the knee!!

with the advances in style and technology of tights and leggings there is no reason why not. Just make sure your legs are in good shape and the tights will keep you warm enough.
