Men or Women?

Women will tell you women and men will say men as a general rule of thumb. Lets face it "my plight is always worse than yours".
Personally I think it has become about even. Due to equality laws in the workplace laws "minorities" of both color and gender are making large advances. Yes, people are going to say they didn't get the same breaks in life as someone else did but guess what, you make your own breaks in life. I've seen many women and others rise to prominent positions in business and in government not because they were "given a break" but because they worked hard for an education and proved themselves in the world. Life is what you make of it, race and gender are excuses.

Women. The media is using sex more and more in advertising. Porn is more popular now than it ever was. Although these things in itself aren't bad, they are making women into objects that just aren't realistic. Especially are young girls have it worse than anyone else.

I am a woman, and I think men have it much harder. They are being asked to be kind, sweet, sensitive, and yet be protective, strong, providing. Boys aren't being allowed to be boys anymore. It's a tough role to be in.
