If it is someone else's ideas or writing, you are plagiarizing no matter how much you paraphrase. Unless you give proper credit.

No matter how differently you state it, if you're presenting another person's ideas or arguments as your own, that is plagiarism.

According to Webster's New World Dictionary, to plagiarise is to "take the ideas, writings, etc. from another and pass them off as one's own"

put paranthesis around what you copied exactly and say the wrote it or just say blah blah blah says or belives whatever otherwise its plagarism
