I like the behind side. The under side is quite invigorating as well.

Left side. :-)
There has been surveys conducted about that. Men tend to take the right side of the bed and women the left.......why ?? dunno !
Not even a question of "basic instinct for survival " like some have suggested like who is nearest the door/exit way in case of emergency.

Actually I like to pay alot of attention to both sides. Wouldnt want either one to feel cheated or left out. would you?

I use the right side most of the time when I'm with my fiance, but if I'm alone i'm in the middle.
