T-Cut will remove minor scratches from stainless steel, enamelled surfaces and even glass/perspex.

Forget it. Your sink is NOT brand new. You can't keep it looking that way unless you stop using it altogether. A few minor scratches aren't worth worrying about. Don't you have better things to do?
