Yes - most scooters have automatic transmissions.

If the words Scooter and 125cc are used in the name then it will undoubtedly have an automatic transmission.

THE GEARBOX ON A YP125R MAJESTY IS A CVT TYPE WHICH IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERANT TO A FULLY AUTOMATIC GEARBOX AS IT HAS NO SET RATIOS. BUT IT STILL MEANS THAT ITS A TWIST "N" GO TYPE SCOOTER.
