if he has a yahoo mail address, then you can go to
http://members.yahoo.com, and then type the name of your friend, if he had added his name in the yahoo members directry then you will find his mail address.

I would suggest asking him. Doing a search is possible, but may get hits for people who are not him.
If you search on Name and age etc, be prepared for false hits and find a way to sort people out, make sure they are who they are
