First, that "fetish" is not uncommon. And cross-dressing does not mean you are homosexual. In fact, most cross-dressers are heterosexual men.
However, most women do not find that attractive in a man. There are some who accept it and even have fun with it, but not "most."

I have indeed wondered if there is some sort of a "nylon gene" that causes some people to be turned on to nylon. I also have wondered if the only reason why men do not like pantyhose is because they have never worn them.
Firstly, there are many misconceptions about fetishism, cross dressing, and transvestitism.
Many cross dressers do like the most feminine clothing that exists and I can't blame them; why be a cross dresser if you aren't even going to wear feminine things.
Wearing pantyhose certainly does not make you a transvestite, nor does it make you a homosexual (nor does being a transvestite make you a homosexual for that matter). and is not terribly uncommon - as many other answers suggest.
I have read that most homosexuals do not like pantyhose at all - on women or men.
You shouldn't be too afraid of wearing pantyhose, although it would make closed-minded people dislike you. It may be an unpleasant surprise for most women as well.

Some women could be attracted to you.
In the '60's many of the fashions for men were feminine and those men didn't have any problems getting women.
What I find attractive in a man is not the clothes he wears, the length of his hair, his age or race; but, if he is confident in himself. Another thing I am attracted to is his honesty, ability to listen, ability to empathize, his respect for me, and his attentiveness.
If a man had these qualities, I wouldn't care if he walked around in a clown suit or evening gown all the time. It's what is in the heart that matters, not the outer trappings.
Besides, it might be fun to go shopping together, we may have the same taste in lingerie.

Transvestism is actually much more common than most would care to admit. Some statistics say that as many as one in three heterosexual men crossdress at least occasionally, and that a significant percentage of the rest would do so if they could get over their insecurities and inhibitions about it.
It's a common thing, there's nothing wrong with it, and you shouldn't feel ashamed of it. Unfortunately, you'll find that most women won't find it attractive, so you need to get to know somebody ery well before you bring it up.

no longer pantyhose and underclothes that's for specific. I truthfully have seen some adult males placed on shirts and probably even denims that are designed greater like female's and/or possibly they have even offered some thing like that interior the female's area. that's no longer so undesirable, some seem solid in it. yet clothing, underclothes that variety of component. NO that's in actuality slightly strange. i understand there are some that have that fetish, yet I in no way have and that i think I in no way will see the fascination while you're no longer gay.

I'd rather you be wearing the pantyhose than me, I hate wearing tights!
It isn't uncommon to have such a fetish. There are plenty of women out there who won't mind.

A few will doubtless find that attractive. Most, I'm afraid will not. Among the latter though, some will accept it if it makes you more appreciative of them.

Transvestitism or cross dressing is a relatively common fetish among men. Transvestites are typically heterosexual.
You may find some women who enjoy that, but not many.
