What computer-free jobs that pays well without needing much certifications?

Personal trainer is a good example. Chef is not bad except that culinary school is quite costly. Nurse came across my mind but it requires another 4 years of school. I'm a computer professional but staring at computers all day is straining my eyes out.

Try construction. It's a lot of hours and hard work if you're looking for more hands on work.
