My cousin spent ten years and probably $100,000 trying to get pregnant. When I had a bad pap, she was a wealth of info. Don't recall much else of the conversation but she said in World War II in England with all the orphans a lot of women had "milk come in". Her answer was it was Nature's answer to feeding those babies before baby formula and during milk shortages. My point being, see your doctor, it's apparently been happening at least 60 years.

I don't know if anything is wrong with you, but an anti-histamine could probably stop you from having milk come out for a while. Wait, is it IN your boobs and not coming out? It could just be your imagination. Sorry, but boobs sometimes feel like they contain something when they don't. And, sorry if you know it's milk, but your question doesn't make it clear.

Could be your diet. Stop eating yams? Check your herbs.

You should talk to a doctor about it. There are some types of tumors that can cause an oversecretion of the hormones that cause the production of milk.

If you are taking birth control pills they could be the culprit. If it's been going on for three years and you haven't told your gynecologist, it's high time you did.
