No, Rocky 4 wasn't bad. Rocky 5 was the one I didn't like. I like the USA v Russia theme of Rocky 4.

Well..most of the Rocky films were pretty unrealistic maybe stupid..but I'm still a huge fan of them. Honestly Rocky 5, the one with Tommy Gun was the one that probably ruined it..thank God it was somewhat saved by Rocky 6. Reason being the Rocky Films themselves all were somewhat focused around the life of Rocky as a boxer/family man etc. and always had some kind've special attention given to his training..and then the big fight..and come on almost everyone loved that about the Rocky Films..except for Rocky 5..it focused on Tommy Gun, and rocky never did a pro fight in that film, just that lame street fight againt Tommy Gun. Rocky 5 ruined the series, Rocky 6 (rocky balboa) saved the series because it was the closest to the original Oscar winning Rocky than all of them.

Rocky 4 did ruin it, or so I thought. The fifth one wasn't at all good. Fun to watch, but not good. However, Sylvester Stallone ended up writing the script for number 6 which actually is pretty good. Comparable to at least the second one. But that's just my opinion.

Rocky IV was great, in my opinion - Rocky III not so much.

I try to ignore part 3,4 & 5. You know, like erase it from my mind.
