No. The network administrator can see everything that goes across his network. Changing the IP address is not going to matter. He will still see the traffic. If traffic is going across the network that shouldn't be, the current IP address is associated with that traffic. It is rather easy to determine which computer is working from that IP address.

Whatever you are doing can always be traced!
