well if the salary is satisfactory industry average than that shouldn't be a big problem.
But i would ask for company benefits like insurance, 401k, stock option, advancement promotions e.t.c
somtimes even though salary seems kind a low but they give out good benefits

That's a pretty standard job interview question. Just be sure of what the general standard par rate would be normally for the position you're applying for, factor in your previous experience and qualifications, and answer accordingly....you wouldn't want to give a silly answer.

Ask what your predecessor (the person you are replacing) made as their salary. That's a very fair question.
