Meditation, it is used by the Buddhists and many others to focus and clear the mind. There are many techniques of meditation but this is a simple one.
Sit in a comfotable position, on a sofa or lie on your bead, and close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out. Find a focus point in your mind, like a candle, or a flower for example, and take a few moments to calmly focus on this. The, take a deep breath, and focus on the air passing through your nose and into your lungs, and breath out gradually. Repeat this ten times, and gently count in your head. After this, breath in and out ten times more, and this time, focus on the air coming out of your nose, passing out of you. The for as much as you like, focus on the whole breathing process, the moment the air thouches your nose, to the moment it leaves again. Then, when you feel ready, picture yourself where you are, how you are lying, pay attention to everyway you are positioned, where your feet are, how your legs are, how the space around your feels on your body. When you are fully aware of this, gradually bring yourself to think about where you are in the room, and then your house, and realise the outside world too. When you feel ready, gently open your eyes.
This really is a great practise, I meditated during the stress of my exams, and it really helped to clear my mind. You can also buy books on Meditation, and sign up for classes too.
Best of luck :)

Stress is with us always, and to a point that is a good thing, we thrive on some stress. When we do not deal well with the stressors we face we get into trouble. Each of us deals with stress in different ways, but there are many good resources for learning better coping skills. Suggest you look into stress management classes, read some good books on stress management, and find some skills that work best for you. You can't make stress go away, but you can learn how to deal with it better.

Tai chi. Also learn how to do massage yourself. Those who can give a good massage get more massages and don't have to pay for them as often.
