I have a Honda Accord 2007. Yesterday, I was leaving from a practice and all 4 windows were down about 5inches. It was raining so I know I didn't leave them open. Then i went to go eat which was about 1hr 1/2 later and when i left, all 4 were down again about 1/2 an inch????? It was still raining.... Do you think it's a glitch?

some one is messin with you.Electric, or hand crank style, there is now way all windows are doing it. A mallfunction in one electric one, or a bad gear, allowing one window to drop a bit, MAY BE, but not all.
Either your wheels are Haunted, or some one is messing around on ya

Assuming you have electronic windows and not the old fashioned crank windows, yes, you have a "glitch" in your electronics.
