So sorry to hear of your plight
Give it time to settle down...get the blood pressure under control and get the rest your body is telling you it needs...I know its horrible not being able to go to work and feel normal ...its funny how we moan about having to go to work ..but when we cant go we so desperately want to go back....2 years ago i suffered a stroke due to a small hemorrhage in my brain...I now have to take blood pressure medication and i hate taking them but if it stops me from having another hemorrhage then its worth it ...It took my system 6 months to get used to the meds well enough so i could go back to work ...even then i did a gradual return....
Hope you get well again soon

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

The only advice I can give you is go back and speak to an expert ......your doctor. I hope you will soon be feeling better and more like your oldself. It is dreadful to feel ill constantly and unless you have been there no one can understand the feelings it generates being ill all the time.
