You can type into your search box "scholarships" and see what sites are brought to you. DO NOT pay someone to find them for you. Look on your own, places like Callgon and Palmollive offer scholarships based on your answers to questions. =o)

With your parents help of course, you could perhaps go to yard sales or thrift stores to buy items and resell them on ebay. What you get for a few bucks or less may go for more at an auction.
If you have any skills with making something like jewelry, etc. then you can do that and sell it on your own website. There are templates out there to make web design easy for a beginner.
Ask yourself what your skills and abilities are, then use it to make money by marketing it. If you're a talented artist, you can draw, frame, and then sell. Learn to sew the cutesy tote bags with the frilly stuff on it to resell. At your age, you can even try to sell stuff like those tote bags to your friends at school.
