I'm trying to stop at the moment for the simple fact that I want a baby. I knew it affected fertility but I never knew it could be this bad!!! Where did you find this information from?? Does it happen to men too because my other half smokes about 20 a day??? Do you know how long it takes to get your fertility back??
any info would be great

Smoking is detrimental to fertility because it quickens the process of aging. A woman is born w/all her eggs since the day she's born, so the younger she is (as long as she's fertile), the better quality her eggs are. Just as older women have higher risk pregnancies, aging is bad for fertility, and everyone knows smoking causes aging (oxidation).

I don't understand what the violation is for. Anyway, that could be why it took my brother and his wife almost 2 years to get pregnant. They both smoke 2 packs a day. She smoked while pregnant, too, and the baby was very tiny. Good luck if you are trying to quit smoking. I've heard it's awful.

If smokers didn't know this already, they shouldn't be alowed out on their own! This fact has been on cig packets for years now.
As if we're not molly-coddled enough by the government, you have to pitch in. The warnings are there on the cig packets, for every smoker to see, therefore smoking is their choice. Smokers will soon only be able to smoke at home, thanks to wingers like you
good luck getting pregnent though. I'm having a bad day, can you tell?!
