fill a big plastic salad bowl with ice water and ice cubes.. hold ur breath , close eyes .. dunk ur face in the ice water for as long as u can handle. that will get some redness out.. then use a yellow based foundation lightly on your face to neutralise the red.. ( green concealer is best to get rid of red skin tones)

A green-tinted moisturiser works to take the red glare out of red skin however, falling asleep on the sun bed is not such a clever thing to do.
If I were you, I'd buy some Aloe Vera gel on the way to work and treat the poor burned skin to a bit of comfort and healing. Just ignore anyone who passes a comment.
Oh and do try not to do it again..

Moisturizer, green concealer, and a dusting of powder. In that order. The green will counteract the red, and the powder will set it. Stay away from foundation as it may irritate your skin further and just look caked on. Good luck!

Stick to neutral shades and tones for the day so as not to bring attention to your face. IE, earth tones and non-metallics. Black eyeliner would be a poor choice. A kohl bronze or muted brown would be best.

Put a lot of cocoa butter on your face. I'm afraid the redness will not go away but this will help tone it down and make you fell better.

If you work at Red Lobster, there shouldn't be a problem.

first call your doctor, make sure you haven't seriously burnt your face. use some aloe to take the sting out but i don't recommend using makeup until you know that you haven't done serious harm to your face. good luck
