Sit in front of it and flick the channels over! seriously you need a tv tuner card , about 30 quid to buy

Cheapest method is to go down Curries/Comet and buy small 4" LCD TV and leave the notebook in its bag!
If you want TV on the notebook - although God alone knows why - then PC World might skin you alive on price for a compatible card or device.
Might get better price at Maplin or DABS (www.dabs.com).

I have a DVBT dongle which plugs into the USB port and, depending on the signal strength, gives excellent picture!
