I wish instead my mom still does from her mom n sisters. All she does is cry the blues n says she can't afford to get her car fixed or her cat is sick n she can't afford the test n grandma is right there saying oh I'll help u pay.I can't stand it sometimes cuz instead of asking she always beats around the bush n she's 54 yrs old and still depends on her mom.I enjoy being independent. It would be nice and a treat the odd time to get money from mom but I couldn't see that ever happening cuz she is also a penny pincher(cheap lol...)ciao n have a great day.

Never. I stopped that when I was 16 years old. I would rather go without than to ask my parents for a dime.

So just you wait till it is your turn to care for elderly parents...
