I do not know where you are. But, apply to smaller colleges and apply for a scholarships. Also civic organizations like Rotary, Elks, etc offer money to study in the US My Japanese daughter (exchange student who lived me in high school) got a Rotary schl for next year Also if you are none English speaking what is your SLEP score?
