My ex-BFs mother is like the mother I never had.....and she never "took his side" simply because he is her son.....if he was wrong, she let him have it, and would tell him he didn't deserve somebody as good as me.
I'm seriously thinking about taking him to court and suing for custody of her.........

kind of weird since the mom would know that you did the naughty with her son that she would really like you like that. I never heard of the bf's mom liking the girl, but go for it. maybe still talk to the mom since you two have overcome any awkward subject already.
