i had to decide ,follow my heart and leave Greece or follow my mind and stay in Greece,i did the second and it still hurts~

every single decision I make is tough. I'm very indecisive . But the hardest were when I was working as a Social Worker. A lot of the time lives are drastically changed by guess work. I think that's why I've become so indecisive. Afraid to make a bad decision.

As a retired CFO and the trend to downsize employees over the years, my toughest decisions were which employees to terminate. Even though as an officer of the company you try not to get too personal with your employees it is tough to tell someone to walk out the door knowing their family situation and the chance of them getting a job without having to take a pay cut.

My hardest decision so far was to put my aging mother in a nursing home...
She has really gone downhill in her health at 80 years of age,
but I am disabled, and couldn't take care of her in my home...
She gets 24 hour care, so she is where she needs to be...

To end my marriage. Not because I was unsure about leaving, but because of the impact on the children. I made the right choice. The best choice for all of us. That was 16 years ago. I have never regretted it.

To drop the custody case with my daughter and let her father have her i see her every other weekend it sucks but one day she will be old enough to make the decision who she wants to live with.

To accept my son's invitation for an early retirement and join his family to help raise our grandson.

Good decision, but a big one.

To let my eldest daughter to go and live with her father. It really was the best place for her to grow up, more stable environment.
But so hard to let her go. To not be selfish.
