Write them down first and foremost. Then, make sure you keep them in mind when you're create you're daily things to do lists (this assumes you breakdown the goals into smaller, more manageable tasks). Then, revisit them often. Are you making progress if not, why? What can be done to remove the barriers to achieving them? Finally, share your goals with people close to you. This way, they can provide help/assistance.
