1st month trying to conceive and I thought I had my ovulation days down pat. Althought yesterday I was looking at the calender and realized wait a sec. i get my period every 29 or 30 days not every 28 days. So I guess I screwed everything all up. I have been trackin since Oct 06'. I got my period on the 9th. Nov 06' I got it on the 7th. Dec 06' on the 5th. And in january i got in at 2:30 am on the 4th. I originally thought i was ovulating from the 15th-18th but now i think it was really the 16th -19th using a 29 day cycle. The 19th day being ovulation. I did not have sex on the 19th. All other days I did. But if I go by a 30 day cycle then my most fertile day was the 19th. And i didnt have sex that day although i did have sex everyday up to the 19th. What are the chances I am and do u think I could test this early? I feel very different. I want to say it's my period but i don't think i have ever had period symptoms this intense...

To really know ur cycles stop using a calendar! Its confusing as well as those calculators on sites. Everyone is different so follow ur body.

1- Get a themometer from the drug store and take ur temp the same time each morning before u get out of bed, go to a site like fertilityfriend.com to enter your temps. U should start this the first day of ur period so u can see the changes. U will know what days u ovulate on typically, how long is the luetul phase after ovualtion (very important to substain a preg.) and u can even tell if ur preg all from temping!!

2- By the book taking charge of ur fertlity. U can find out when u are fertilie by checking your cerival mucus and position. Sounds gross, but it helps

3- I know trying to relax is hard, but try!!

GOOD LUCK
