You have the name of the term correct. It's called a home run cycle, and it's only been done once at any level of professional baseball, by a AA player named Tyrone Horne.

Mark Whiten came closest to doing it in MLB, missing out only on the solo homer. He had a grand slam, two 3-run shots, and a 2-run shot in his four-homer game:

It's been rumored to be called a TURKEY. the name came for it when a junior in highschool at some small school in illinois hit in consecutive at bats a two run, a three run, and a grand slam... but then was left on deck for his 4th at bat of the game as they 15 runed a team in 4 innings. In his first at bat of the next game he hit a solo home run. They started calling it a turkey, and that is the only name i have ever heard for it.

There has been 15 MLB players to hit 4 Home runs in a single game from 1894 to present. None of them have ever done what you are asking. But if there would be a name for it I don't see why it wouldn't be called a Home run Cycle.
