Since I work in a basement room with only computers for company I would say absolutly none. Hold on I will try it...

I think people would think that something is mentally wrong with the person.Especially if there by themselves screaming that.Right away I would think they where paranoid n or schizophrenic n hearing voices or whatever.I think someone doing that would b enough to scare some people.

My nan's cover would be rumbled, so she would be shocked.
I, however, would freeze, and have to quickly construct a story about how the gimp mask and b*tt plug are part of a costume for an up and coming fancy dress party.
