Will there be a sudden upsurge in tourism? I'm worried 'cos cigar prices will go up

cigar prices may go down for US citizens but not Europeans and quality will be effected by the sudden rise in demand, the simple sleepy way of life of the leaf gatherers and rollers will be greatly effected by the rush in demand from American gentlemen who have been waiting for 48 years for their bolivars

things have already passed to Raul, although there is talk on the island that he is thinking of some changes. I think if there is an uprising of the Cuban people or if the good ole US of A decides to get involved, it's going to take awhile to get things back to normal. You have millions of people that had land, etc taken away from them, and now after so many years there are other people living on it !! I think Americans will flock to Cuba as they once did for tourism, especially since it has been a forbidden fruit for so long. The price of cigars will probably go down since they won't be black market anymore, however, with more tourism other prices are bound to go up.

I think it will be business as usual, maybe not with Raul - but there are a few others waiting quietly in the background.

More countries need to defy the USA like Cuba does, then maybe Americans will be less arrogant.

It will become the biggest new tourist spot on the planet. The casinos will re-open. It will be Las Vegas with a Spanish accent.

I really don't think that Voldemort's death will have any effect in cuba... you really should use the real name... fear of the Name only increases fear of the object... anyway... I'm more inclined to think that Harry Potter will die instead...
