When you save your movie file in Windows movie maker, your file is saved either with .wmv extention or with .avi extention. These formats can't be recognised/played with a dvd player. That's why you can't see it in your dvd player.

To be able to see these videos you need to convert the wmv or avi video files to suitable format (mpeg). There are many programs to do that. I would recomend you to download a program called DVDx which you can find here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=72208

There is no such thing as a DVD/CD disk. It is one or the other. If you made the movie and then put it on a CD, you won't be able to view it on a DVD player. Also make sure that your format is the correct one if you did put it on a DVD.

i'm guessing you went to record> save as... do no longer try this! you will purely get a MSWMM record, which isn't a action picture record, however the WMM undertaking record. rather, visit the job bar on the left and below the heading end action picture, choose save to workstation. From there merely choose regardless of format you like. wish that helps.
