For now I suggest an Internist (in your country it is internal medicine department)...or oncologist (the worst scenario) anyway, smoke or drink can cause the problem...but you forget to consider your diet since the liver and spleen are involved in the digestion. Do you have any other symptoms? Hope it's nothing serious. Get well soon!

Lifestyle and infection can both contribute to your problems, and usually once enlarged the liver will not decrease in size. If you have not seen a doctor then I suggest you do...if you have, then I suspect he has told you the answer to your question and you didn't like it. But the truth is the truth.
