on poer failure UPS is on position but sc reen goes black battery is OK. Any way in need how to recharge it? this is happening vbery recently.

r u sure u ddnt leave the pc on all day long??...if the electricity shortage was for more than 5 minutes ..ur UPS's battery might be probably empty.Now u can try recharging the battery by leaving the UPS on overnight,offcourse by isolating it from the pc and having its plug connected .If this problem occurs again, then the battery is dead..u must get a new one and recharge it again.Oh Btw...try only plugging the Pc into the UPS without plugging the screen,therefore the battery might hold,cuz the screen consumes alot of power.

It is hard from your wording to really know what you are asking, but if you have a battery back-up system and it is anything like mine, it has two sets of plugs in the rear end. One set just serves as a surge protector and the other set serves as a surge protector and battery backup. I have had the power fail and mine works great. If you have two sets of plugs in it, be sure that you have the computer an monitor connected to the battery back up ones.

buy another 1 it's damaged already,or scan 4 viruses i know a virus did that to me
