why did jessica simpson and nick lashey split up

because they evidently didn't get on anymore and they decided to part ways - she has written several songs about him and their relationship and speaks very highly of him! she has no regrets about their past together and just feels like she fell in love at a young age and now has fallen out of love and its time to move on! I watched her in an interview the other day and she was very sweet about the whole thing

i think that they just fell out of love and also the fact that they had a camera crew following them around all the time and with Jessica touring and nick trying to get back into the music industry all the time,it would have put a strain on there marriage.I guess the only people who truly know the reason is nick and Jessica.

Right from the beginning of watching Newly Weds they just didn't match (apart from both being very good looking). I know it was probably edited to make them both look extreme but there can't be that much smoke without a bit of fire!
She couldn't do ANYthing around the house as had everything done for her growing up and he was quite good at doing own washing and cooking stuff.
She loved shopping and spent money like water whereas he was good at looking after it. (Remember the sheets episode)
He liked outdoorsy stuff like camping and she...didn't...
He was a lunatic sports fan and was very passionate about all sports and watched it constantly on telly whereas it bored her to tears.
She wasn't the brightest bulb in the box and he had a bit more sense but I suppose anyone would next to her!
That said - it is a shame they split up. But it's a shame when anyone splits up.

Because in Hollywood most of the marriages break up. Because there is so much jealousy in the relationship, like who is the richer one, who is the most famous one , who is the better looking one........etc. I say thats what happened to Nick and Jessica.Jessica was always the one who was better known and had a better career, and Nick was always living in her shadow.

Probably because his career wasn't going the way he wanted it to, and hers was doing very well. Either that or maybe Nick was just getting sick of her father interfering in their lives

I don't know, but I wish they would get back together. They were a cute couple. I hate seeing her all sad and depresed.

because nick just wasnt good enough in bed anymore
she recently mentioned her sex life wasnt enjoyable anymore, so she will just have 1 niught stands for a while
