How can i form the corners of a picture?

How can i form the corners of a picture
in photoshop?i want them to have round corners.

use the rounded rectangle tool over your image's corner and select inverse. Then clear. you can remove the white color by setting background layer color to none but not white.

Use the rounded rectangle selection tool. Then use select > Inverse to select the opposite. Press delete and it should make rounded corners that are transparent. .
