Toshack had upper body strength, whereas crouchino is limited to the amount of power he can put into headers, whereas crouchino is excellent at holding up the ball and distributing it really well, controls the ball really well for such a tall guy. hope that answers your q.... a red from '65

I'd go with Tosh. Having said that the question isn't really fair because:
a) Tosh and Kev played together for most of 42 games a season for many years, modern forwards are lucky to play 5 games in a row with squad rotation and this predicates against building up a rapport with one's striking partner
b) the modern game is far faster and players are fitter

Final point: at least Crouch doesn't do poetry!!! :)

Yes, I agree. Crouch is surprisingly skillful with his feet for such a tall man, but disappointingly poor at heading.
Toshack always looked like he was about to trip over the ball, but boy, could he head the ball down for Keegan to knock in!

I accept as true with Crouch. no longer all yet some distant places gamers dive. Drogba dived lots approximately 2 years in the past and an identical with C.Ronaldo. Mikel is a dramatic participant hes is going in 2 footed himself alot of the time. Crouch shouldn't of tackled like he did yet Mikel shoudn't of reacted they way he did. He ought to get fined for it. it particularly is tricking the ref to tinking hes incredibly harm.
