I used to use IE7 but have made the switch over to Firefox 2.0. I am used to cleaning up my drive, temporary files, and Internet files after every online session to keep my hard drive clear of useless files.

My current clean-up utility doesn't search Mozilla Firefox it only searches Internet Explorer files.

Is there anyway I can clean up my Firefox 2.0 Internet files either using a new clean-up program or using a feature on Mozilla Firefox itself?

Thanks...

This will do it automatically each time you close Firefox.

Go to: Tools > Options > Privacy >

Put a bullet in the option at the bottom of the window to:
"Always clear my private data when I close Firefox"

This will clear searches, history, etc., etc., etc.

Hope this helps.

You can clear those in Firefox by clicking the menu option :-

Tools > Options

in the 'Options' pop-up window, click on 'Privacy' image

In the 'Private Data' Section, click 'Settings' button and checked those files that you wish to clear.

To clear the files selected, click 'Clear' button

Hope that helps.

Open Firefox and hit Ctrl+Shift+Del.
Select all options.
Click "Clear All Private Data Now".
And you're done!
