yes, and it's quite funny to see them run out of there smack into the door and hear Simon say "other door" every dang time, you'd think they'd just hang a sign there, or like unlock it! haha!but then we wouldnt be talking about it i guess!

I love the locked door. Especially once the contestants are angry and trying to get out. The best was the other night when that one guy totally slammed into thinking he was going to make a big exit. LOL great.

I was thinking the same thing the other night as I was watching. Do they just want to add to the humiliation of the person they've just ripped up? Do you notice that we never see the ones who've actually made it to Hollywood trying to go through the door.

i have self belief American Idol deliberately locks the left component of that door, to make the contestants look more suitable awkward at the same time as they're leaving. I understand many human beings won't be able to sing, and could no longer have "it", although the judges truly annoy me at the same time as they bypass out of their thanks to make interesting of human beings for the benefit of ratings. for instance, with the mummy and daughter...the purely reason the judges noted as the mummy in, become to concentration on how distinct both one of them were. also, the judges allowed the more youthful software engineer to sing longer than all of us else who auditioned, purely to make interesting of him. If it were no longer for the human beings they tease, Simon, Paula, or Randy doesn't have a job. Edit: you're appropriate Kamol. Ryan talks to the contestants previously they audition. He ought to truly tell them which door to apply on the way out, and definite a sheet of paper that announces "different door" would ascertain the finished difficulty. i actually HATE at the same time as each body is teased for purely being themselves.

im guessing, it doesnt have to with the people on the inside, but more so the people on the out. they probably have some type of bodygaurd on the outside, and if there is 2 doors.. it makes his job a little bit harder. ( and besides, its sort of funny. You think people would realize to not go out that door :) )

I'm getting hours of entertainment from the locked door!!! If you go there and your un talented or stupid you deserve to get picked on. Lets face it most of these people are so horrendous that they cannot believe that they are good!
