I am 25 yrs old, i have been married 3 months and i Love my husband dearly, i am very attracted to him but i just have this lack of desire for sex. I love being with him i just have to force myself to want to have sex, people say it is the meds that i take for anxiety. What can i do to continue taking my meds but also get my sex drive back?! I really want to "Want" Sex! Are these Meds really the cause?

Absolutely!!!! Talk to your doctor about switching medications. Depleted sex drive is a VERY common side effect of many anti-depressants.

yes, anti depressants can cause a lack of sex drive. Talk to your doctor about maybe trying another anti depressant. I was on one type and had a lack of a sex drive but when I was put on paxil I had an increased one.

yes, i take zoloft for anxiety and i also don't have any desire. foreplay does help a lot though.
