It's never to early for wine! If you need a break take this time to relax, if you feel like your just sitting around wasting time do something constructive, paying bills, catching up on housework...anything to get your mind off the fact that they tell you you have to be home between 12-5/1-6, whatever it may be, knowing they could just easily give you a call when the tech is on his way!

Isnt it sad you have to take a whole day off to a person to be in your house for max an hour bec they tell you they will be there between 12 and 2 and they dont show up until 4. I mean if I was late like that for a job I would be sh*t canned! How do they get away with that?
