I am 30yrs old, married with 2 children. We live in New England and are OVER the winters. Can someone please recommend somewhere to move to in the US. Somewhere where its warm year round, near a city and must be on the ocean!!!! My husband is an avid sailor and I am a Realtor! Thanks for your suggestions!!!

California's very expensive. Try south Florida like Miami or somewhere nearby. The main thing with that is that you get a high threat of hurricanes every year. That is a huge factor in real estate and buying a home which you already know about being a Realtor. If expense isn't an issue, Southern California is nice with less hurricanes. Hawaii has ocean all around but the job market is more specific to certain areas and you are cut off from the mainland.

I was going to say the Southwest (Arizona or New Mexico), but no ocean. San Diego CA would definitely meet your criteria if it's financially feasible for you...I hear that it's pretty expensive. Great town though!

How witty! permit's see, i will circulate with people who have been genuine Yankees. None of those "weapons for hire" like Reggie Jackson. To me he's not probable a real Yankee. How approximately Whitey Ford or Ron Guidry or Bernie Williams or Derek Jeter or Yogi Berra? guess i might ought to circulate with Yogi.

Hilton Head/Savannah. Alot of the coastal cities in Florida can be ghetto, so make sure you do your research. I have heard good things about Naples.

not in the us exactly.... but I have a better place. Bali Island in Indonesia. Warm weather and warm people... and it is easy for foreigners to ask permits to live and to have business there....
