i have been examined before but the physician said to keep an eye on it, but not to worry. i have a nodule about the size of a dime on my left testicle. it's sore when touched, but hasn't grown that i can tell. should i have this removed anyway? what is it and will it or does it affect my sex and penis function?

I had a vasectomy a few years ago, after the discovery of this little guy, but the doc didn't say much about it being there.

I would let a physician be the only one to advise you on wether to remove it or not. It's kind of too important to reach a decision through here.

It should not affect your penis function unless you stress over it. Stress is a leading cause for temporary impotence in men.

You should see a uriologist. It may just be a blocked seminal duct. If it causes you major discomfort you may want to consider having it removed.
