I think it would survive, but not having a moon might affect the tides.

Tides would be significantly affected, but not eliminated as the Sun has a limited tidal affect.

The Moon does NOT have any affect on the inclination of the Earth's rotational axis as stated by another. The inclination and the Moon were both directly caused by a collision between the Earth and a Mars-sized planetoid billions of years ago.

Aside from the tidal affect, the absence of the Moon would eliminate the slowing of the Earth's rotation due to tidal damping. The rotation is slowing gradually. Each day was 21 hours long 300 million years ago.

If the Moon disappeared tomorrow, life on Earth would experience tremendous upheavals and many, if not most, species would become extinct. But, I think life would eventually go on.

No. The impact of the Moon is concept to be needed for existence to enhance interior the 1st place, yet now that it has progressed, removing that impact does no longer end existence without notice. yet over many (tens of millions?) of years existence might gradually decline because of the fact the tides are not mixing the sea waters from now on and the Earth's 23.5 degree axial tilt will become risky with out the stabilizing Moon, messing up the seasons.

If and that is a if, the earth would not survived. Don't worry the moon will be here to the end of time. When God destroy the earth then all of the planets, moon, sun, stars and earth will be destroy. The most important than is to make sure we are ready for his coming back. Make sure we are saved by his blood. Repent and ask Jesus into your heart. I ask Jesus into my heart in 1975.
